The perfect combination of Yoga & Nature. Most of us already experience peace just by being in nature. Combined with Yoga asanas on the paddle board, this practice will help you restore both your internal and physical balance, while enjoying the tropical outdoors: the real gem Miami has to offer. We will provide an explanation of the basic paddling methods before paddling to the place where we will start the SUP Yoga session. It is a 2 hours experience, filled with peace, fun and exploration. SUP Tropical Yoga offers Paddle Board yoga classes for beginners and intermediate levels.
Note: If your main concern is falling in the water, our wide paddle boards have a greater stability than the average paddle board. They are actually specifically made for yoga practice. So, most people actually surprise themselves and do not fall. If still a concern, falling in the water does not hurt compared to falling on land. We also provide life jackets.
